What I really like about her is that, before every job she states the estimated time, estimated price and how the work will be done. And another thing - she's very organized. E.G. always when finishing a milestone, provides screenshot & URL. Personally, that's very important for me since I can spare time at logging, searching, etc. Definitely recommend!
